goofing around.

463- Travis Bickle

I for some reason think its humorous that there should every be a "Taxi Driver" cartoon. So I decided that I would use this Impetus to get some character design work in. I was hoping for more of a streamline simple shape look, but I will revisit Travis after I get others finished.

post 420: this probably should be about pot, but it isn't.

I drew this and inked it quite awhile ago, I even posted the inks here. So, I recently stumbled upon this colored version and decided to finish it's posted progress

X-men!!!

two trolls of a kind...and a kid with a sword.

more simple shapes aligned into personas

the Monstrator....

I just kinda like this design.
drab and gloomy.

209- "well sprite"

hi all,
so i was looking through a grimm's fairy tale book, thinking i should illustrate one for practice, and because it might just be neat. the one i found that was short enough and piqued my imagination was about a well sprite. the short tale is pretty incoherent, and has a quite dissapointing end, just the way i like my stories! but, i am determined to stay on the task at hand, the comic.
so i settled for just drawing the sprite.

207- "ad"

here is a burn beetle comic ad.
yup.

two, oh, five!- "yet another mock cover"

yep, here is the cover of NDVR COMIX PRESENTS # 64.
a heart wrenching tale of unrequited love and scorn.

201- "eh."

well, so i've had this image in my head since last year, as
usual the execution fell short.
so, eh.
